~ The Real Jesus ~

The Real Jesus

I believe in the Real Jesus,
This one I worship as I'm able.
Be it kneeling in His holy temple,
Or giving thanks here at my table.

There really is no question at all,
While I live within His grace.
I need not worry about loneliness,
I close my eyes and see His face.

I'm not concerned with tribulation,
There's nothing left for me to fear.
For if life leaves me in this hour,
He'll be the next voice that I hear.

Forget about worldly possessions,
They'll be left among the stones.
I'll leave here quietly by myself,
But I won't arrive there all alone.
